Although we ran into supply chain shortages, two major holidays & a very inpatient customer my representative "G" pushed limits resulting in the very best outcome for my client. Communications were excellent. We always had accurate information to convey. Other company representatives I've worked with would give up when things went astray. "G" would respond to our suggestions and find ways to move resultling in our order delivered on time. We always knew where we were in the production and delivery process or "G" would find out for us. Her detail was the reason we were able to hang on to a perfectionist customer - through a difficult sales cycle - to a successful conclusion. Our very judicious and discerning client found the quality of the highlighters and imprinting even better than expected. Uncontrollable issues could have resulted in disaster; but "G's" brillant project management turned this into the best client/vendor experience I've had in 45 years selling and servicing.
